How do I know my shoe size?

Which payment methods do you accept for online purchases?
Brand Range accepts the following forms of payment for online purchases:
For all credit and debit card purchases, your billing address must match the address on file with your financial institution. Please note, we only accept local currency

Brand Range only offers price adjustments on the first markdowns. If a product was purchased at full price and offered on sale, we will offer a one-time price

GCC exc UAE & International buyers will get deliveries by UPS, FedEx, DHL, Aramex.
Shipping Pricing can be added/selected at the time of checkout as per the choice and ease of buyer. Rates will be listed with option to filter the country of destination with choice of courier and with choice of service as well.
Can I ship to multiple addresses?
At this time, we can only ship to one address per order within the UAE. To ship to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each location.
Can I ship to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address?
We don’t deliver and offer any delivery to P.O. Box Address delivery, APO, FPO or DPO Delivery in order to make exceptions buyer has to confirm and verify with customer support prior to place an order.
Is a signature required upon delivery of my order?
In all cases customers’ signatures are required as a proof of successful delivery to the ordering customer.
What do I do if I’ve missed my order delivery?

If you are registered with Brand Range, you can track the status of your order delivery by signing into your account and selecting \”My Account\”, followed by \”Orders\”.
Returns & Refunds
What is the Brand Range return policy? How many days do I have to return a product?
Customer can make return or product exchange within 03 days from the date of product Receipt.
How long does it take for a refund to be issued?
Once the order returned and received back to our Delivery Hub our Quality Assurance and Product Authentication will evaluate the condition of the order if the order found and received back unopened, unused and in perfect condition to resell and restock immediately. The refund can be added to the buyer’s store creditsor the user’s debit/credit card or to the listed bank account.
Are delivery charges and custom duty fees refundable?
Delivery charges and custom duties will not be refunded in case of returning/canceling an order.
How do I exchange an item with Brand Range?
If the delivered product required to be exchanged, please visit your buyer profile. In order history select the particular item and request exchange request. Our team will process your request and arrange the pickup and process your request.
Can I exchange or return an item gifted to me by someone else?
Only the ordering buyer or user can make such requests from their Buyer Dashboard.
Can I get my purchase gift-wrapped and request a gift receipt?
Yes. At the time of ordering, buyer can select special packaging request with various given gift packaging designs and customized greeting options with their associated pricing.
